A memorable senior trip.
There was one most memorable part of my senior year and that was the senior trip. The senior trip was originally supposed to be in Florida, but we waited pass due to pay for the trip, so we decided to go to Atlanta. The senior trip was May eleventh through the fifteenth. The fun began the moment we departed at midnight on the eleventh. When we arrived, we visited Six Flags, Stone Mountain Park, and the Cumberland Mall.
First, my classmates and I visited Six Flags. There were tons of fun, rides, games, and food. The first thing my best friend, Sharkelia and I went to was the gift shop. There were plenty of fantastic things that we could buy. I spent plenty of money in the store on souvenirs. My friend and I then started walking to explore the theme park. Sharkelia said, “The first ride we shall see, no matter how scary it is, we was going to ride it.” The Batman was the first ride. This ride was a rollercoaster that circled the entire theme park. As we stood in line, I began to have butterflies. We had so much fun on the rollercoaster especially when it turned us upside down. After getting off the ride, Sharkelia and I laughed at the faces we both were making on the picture that the camera caught of us. We really enjoyed ourselves on day one of our senior trip at Six Flags.
It was early the next morning, second day of our senior trip in Atlanta, when we visited the Stone Mountain Park. My classmates and I was very excited to see the mountains. First thing we did when we arrived was take plenty pictures of the carvings and as a class by the different kinds of mountains. Later that day, we ate lunch at Stone Mountain Park. As we sat eating, I recall thinking, “These will be the moments we will cherish and remember the most.” We laughed and talked for hours like there was no tomorrow.
