Spiral chute is a new type of machine researched and manufactured in 1977 and is integrated with the features of spiral concentrator, shaking table, spiral chute and centrifugal separator. It is the best equipment for mining and quarrying, especially ideal for quarrying the sand ore in the coast, riverside, sand bank and brook.

This machine has the advantages of stable separation process, easy control, big allowed changing range of the ore, high concentration ratio, high recovery, small coverage size, small water consumption amount, simple structure, no power, big processing capacity, simple installation, convenient operation and small investment and quick returning.

Features

Gravity spiral chute is suitable for fine materials which size is 0.3 - 0.02 mm like iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, phosphorus B ore, tungsten ore, tin, tantalum ore, niobium ore and other non-ferrous metals with a specific gravity differences, rare metals and non-metallic mineral.

The sorting process of the gravity spiral chute is stable, and it is easy to control. What’s more, the gravity spiral chute allows a wide range of changes in ore concentration, with high enrichment ratio and high recovery rate.

Fote is a famous spiral separator manufacturer and a screw separator supplier with high reputation. The spiral chute price is quite reasonable and the quality is very good.

Working principles

1. The spiral chute works with the procedure of respectively intercepting the fine, secondary and tailing ores at the end of the groove without adding wash water in the grading process.

2. The spiral groove is the main working part which is formed with the combination of screw panels made of glass fiber reinforced plastics. Its inner surface is coated with wear-resisting lining which is usually the PU wear-resisting rubber or the epoxy resin mixed with the artificial carborundum.

3. We add the wear-resisting layer with diabase powder onto it...
