Some sorts of universities assert that funding activities and clubs may be an efficient method to stimulate all the recruit students, whereas the reality seems to illustrate that it might not work well with increasing the enrollment of top students. In other words, enriching social activities is not always the best way to recruit top students. As dozens of internet research and investigations, good students seek for universities that provide them with innovative courses, excellent teacher resources and accountable partners.

Basically, it is the creative and sometimes even demanding majors and courses that good learners hope to experience in universities the most, but not exciting clubs and bars.   It is pretty obvious that lots of top universities have already noticed the demand for good students, and here is an example of a successful experiment by introducing innovative classes. Earlier in Sep. 2011, the University of Mississippi launched a set of brand-new polymer sciences engineering programs in order for more male and especially female high school students to use this opportunity and study further in the engineering field. As a result, the enrollment of the whole STEM major apartment had escalated almost twenty percent of the original enrollment. Therefore, assuring them with excellent education is the better way to attract superior students.

Additionally, professors with positive and reliable qualities as well as adept teaching style can also be regarded as another motivator for college students. Young adults are not only eager for how to write papers and cooperate research with teammates, but also hope to be influenced by their professors' approaches of being respectful or of creative ideas in class.
